Back in 2016, I was a Psychology student with a blog and a burning passion to help women build healthy love, self-worth, and relationships. With 36K women following my journey, I felt a deep desire to start a movement. I didn’t know what it would look like—until God whispered three words: Created for Love.
You are created for love. To be loved. To give love. That moment changed everything.
At first, I didn’t want it to be a Christian brand—I wanted to reach everyone. So in 2019, I launched a coaching company for all things love and relationships. But in 2020, life took an unexpected turn. I laid the dream down. Focused on healing. I thought it was over. But God had other plans.
At the start of this year, I felt Him leading me back—this time, with His vision at the center. Now, I help women all over the world love themselves, love others, and most importantly, love their identity in Christ. You were never meant to settle for confusion or uncertainty. You were created for love.

You may know me from your favorite Hallmark movies—or maybe you just found me on the 'gram. Either way, my passion is simple: helping women go from searching for more to feeling secure and confident in Christ.
With a background in psychology, attachment theory, and a whole lot of faith, I blend science and Scripture to guide women through healing. I'm a licensed therapist turned Christian Love Coach, with a BA, MA, and specialized training in attachment repair. After walking through my own heartbreaks, I learned that head knowledge alone won’t heal—you need heart transformation through God’s truth.
Now, I’m standing firm in faith and finally living what I teach. I'm in a healthy, Christ-centered relationship with the man I prayed for (and so did my mom, lol). If God could heal my anxious, insecure attachment—He can do it for you too.
